The Skill Exchange
The team's shared library of agent skills. Each one is a folder with a SKILL.md that teaches your agent a repeatable process, and it triggers on its own when the task calls for it — nothing to remember, nothing to invoke. One rule keeps the library alive: adopt one, improve one.

Pick a skill from the shelf below. The description line tells you what it does and when it fires.

Copy its folder into place. .claude/skills/ in one project, or ~/.claude/skills/ for everywhere (~/.kimi-code/skills/ for Kimi). Most agent CLIs read the same shape.

Describe the task, not the skill. Start a fresh session and ask for the thing in plain words. The agent loads the skill when it's relevant.
